Frontend Development is also known as client-side development is the practice of producing a website or web application with the help of Javascript, HTML, CSS so that users can see and interact with it directly. in other terms; what you see as a website today is created by frontend developers. they develop websites with a programming language called JavaScript. with JavaScript, Html, CSS you have a full functioning website how? well in a nutshell Html is the text of the website while CSS is the style(the way you want your website to look like)has and Javascript is the functionality aspect of your web, i.e making your website responsive to clicks, hovering rather than being static. and that's what frontend is all about.

Backend Development.

backend Development is also known as server-side development. it is everything that users don't see or you could say behind-the-scenes that occurs when performing any action on the website. backend focus primarily on databases, APIs, and servers.

in plain terms let's use an exam site, for example, you know when writing an exam and you're asked to submit your exam answers, that button you clicked to submit the answers is you communicating with the server-side without you knowing, the backend receives your answers and into sends your score back to you. unlike frontend, the programming languages to build a backend database are quite different from that of frontend and they're as follows: Python, PHP, Java, Rugby, etc.

Full Stack Development.

Full-Stack Development refers to the development of both front-end(client-side) and backend(server-side) portions of the web. they have the ability to design a complete website/application. they have programming language skills ranging from front-end(JavaScript, HTML, CSS) to backend (python, PHP, Rugby), and the good thing about them is that you don't need two people for a one-man job right?
